We hosted an Open House at the Gym this past Saturday. It was our biggest day ever both in the total number of people showing up and even more so in the number of guests. We only had a few new members sign up but I expect a number of guests to sign up soon. The event also generated some good buzz.
My task list of "keep the business running" projects is leveling off so now I can start adding my "grow the business" projects. At some point, I need to add some "Sang" projects to my list.
The last of our equipment was delivered on Friday. I briefly tried out every piece the past couple of days and I'm excited to hear what our members think--the initial comments have been positive. I'll try to post some pictures later this week. To celebrate, we're hosting an Open House on Saturday, March 26. We haven't had any time to plan or organize the event but we'll just have to get it done.
I went to the health club industry's big annual trade show in San Francisco. It was a quick trip, I flew down Thursday afternoon and returned Saturday morning. I think Friday was the first day in 2005 that I didn't go into the gym.
